The platform, not the organizer

Khooneh provides a platform connecting independent organizers, service providers, employers, and community members. Khooneh is not responsible for the beliefs, actions, professional advice, service quality, venue safety, or management practices of independent organizers or providers who use the platform.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and any activity under it. Don't share your login, and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Events and payments

Paid tickets are processed via Stripe. Refunds follow each event's stated cancellation policy — see our Event Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Professional directory

Listings are member-submitted. Khooneh does not guarantee or endorse any listed provider — see our Service-Provider Disclaimer.

Jobs and referrals

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with notice where practical.

Emergencies
